Fast drying and curing, strong adhesion, super high temperature resistance, wash water resistance, solvent resistance, can withstand high screen tension and other characteristics, suitable for aluminum alloy and other metal mesh frame, especially suitable for PCB, SMT industry.

二、 Use method

 Step 1: Mix the adhesive and curing agent 5 to 1 (in order to ensure stability, the curing agent should be quickly shaken up and down more than ten times)，The deployed mesh glue takes 200g as an example, and the operation time is about 1 hour，If you need to increase the operation time, add diluent after the glue and curing agent are prepared，It is recommended to add a maximum of 40%，This operation time can be as long as 4-6 hours，Glue that is not used for the time being should be placed in a place that is away from the sun and wind.

Step 2: Pull the mesh to the specified tension，Make sure the mesh frame fits the mesh tightly，After the net drawing is completed, the net drawing machine can be loosened only after it is parked for a suitable time until it is cured.

Step 3: Place 9-12 hours after the screen is collected，Follow normal pre-print mode：For example, after cleaning with water and applying photosensitive glue, it must be baked in the oven (recommended oven temperature maximum 55, minimum 45). Using the screen version of this product, the higher the temperature into the oven and the longer the time, the stronger the resistance to the common washing water solvent on the market. The use of solvent-based washing water, whether manual or automatic cleaning machine can easily cope.

Note: the curing time of glue varies according to the mesh number and the thickness of the glue. The drying time of glue is not the same as the curing time. The drying time of glue is 5-10 minutes, but the non-sticking hand does not mean that the glue has been cured. The curing speed of the adhesive depends on the thickness of the glue, the ventilation condition and temperature and humidity of the workshop, and so on. The new mesh frame must be roughened, no grease residue, and keep the surface clean; At the same time, it is recommended to apply primer.

Matters need attention：

A： Make sure the mixing container is clean and dry. Shake the curing agent up and down a dozen times before use.

B： Ensure that the ratio of 5:1 glue to hardener is correct. Make sure the glue and curing agent are evenly mixed and in place. The prepared glue is used up in about 1 hour, if it is necessary to extend the operation time to 4-6 hours in the original 1 hour or so, after the glue and curing agent are dissolved, the diluent is transferred according to the above proportion and then stirred evenly.

C： Unblended main glue. The curing agent is immediately sealed and stored.

四、 Storage

This product should be stored in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlight. 0-25 degrees Celsius is preferable, and the product is used immediately after opening to prevent solvent volatilization and water reaction in the air.
